Bus Ticket on July 10, 2003 I was informed by Mathew Rodewald the Vs. President of the St.Paul Evangelistic Food Ministry that a tow truck and a cop was out by my Campaign Bus and it looks like they are taking it.

I and Sharon Anderson went out to see what was going on.

First the West Saint Paul Police Officer said that it was parked over 36 hrs. and I told him I just drove it last night and then he said that it was abandoned, I told him "how" could it be abandoned if I am standing here?

Then I told him that it was My Campaign Bus, then the West Saint Paul Policemen said that it was not a campaign bus. and BUDGET TOWING took it away Lothenbach St., close to Oakdale St. intersection

This same Campaign Governor Tim Pawlenty was on in the fall of 2002 as I ran for Minnesota Governor's Race.

In about Nov. of 2002 Mark Dayton paid $500.00 for 6 used tires after they were flattened at the curb by a Union Hall, across the street from KSTP CH. 5 and was taken to the impound lot where it was about to be sold or scraped in 2 days, but Mark Dayton saved it by getting the tires and my bus was released without any towing fee or storage fee.

But like I said about my 1988 mobile home bus being stolen before my eyes.

I was never compensated for this Theft. I feel I have a claim against Defendants Police Chief Bud Shaver, City West St.Paul and Sheriff Fletcher and Met Council.

I was arrested and held without bail or charges in St.Paul while protesting legally, by the Ramsey County Sheriff's Deputies under Sheriff Bob Fletcher and was not given my med's for Epilepsy 500 mg. DILANTIN daily, and when I demanded them they roughed me up and shackled me while one deputy was standing on my caves, and then they dragged me down to a different cell that had blood all over the walls and floor and thrown me in on the floor.
